Offered for your collecting enjoyment is this rare English majolica ironstone cheese keeper made by the Brownhills Pottery Company and was made between 1872-1896.

This is a wonderful piece with the very collectible Aesthetic Movement with Japanese influence that was wildly popular at that time in the 1800\'s.

The dome measures 9 inches tall with the handle. The base platter measures 12 inches in diameter.

The overall height of the two pieces together is almost 10 inches tall.

Both pieces are in excellent antique condition with no chips, cracks or repairs!
