Tray or very shallow bowl shaped – This piece is different in that it contains numerous scenes of the various buildings at the 1904 World’s Fair –

Embossed at the base of the try is: Souvenir World’s Fair St. Louis 1904

7 additional buildings from the fair are embossed on this tray and the title of the buildings are below the scenes. Also has decorative border.

Size: It is about 6 3/4ths inches in diameter and quite shallow.

The experts on the antiques board helped to identify the metal content – antique Spelter / pot metal / monkey metal tray. The spelter has either a brass finish or a gold finish.

Condition:Wear to the embossed lettering, but still much better than my photos. I realize it is hard to read my photographs. Also wear to the gold or brass finish over the spelter. I did not shine because I did not want to damage the aged patina.
