Exquisite detailed relief carving.Barley twist legs and stretcher with turned blocks, foliate carved back splat and floral carved oak seat. It is solid oak,strong and sturdy, and in very good condition for its 100+ years. Perfect forany living area/fireplaceor for use as a desk chair, side or entry hallchair.~~Direct from France~~

Payments: We gladly accept Paypal and credit cards through Paypal. Layaway (30-60 days) is available on some items if arrangments are made in advance of purchase. Please e-mail us with questions regarding layaway. Payments for non-layaway items are due within 5 business days of purchase.

Shipping: All items are packed by experienced professionals. Custom packaging may include specially designed boxes, crates or packing materials (foam, etc.) when appropriate. Shipping for this item is $75.00 (lower 48 states in US only). No international shipping available on antique items. All items are shipped by FedEx Ground. All items are fully insured and delivered directly to your door (no terminal pick-ups)! Smaller items may be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (insured) at our discretion. We will e-mail you with payment confirmation and tracking info when the item is shipped.

Returns: We provide multiple photos and detailed written descriptions and encourage buyers to ask questions before offerding. If you wish to return an item, you must notify us of your intention to return within 24 hours of receipt, and the item must be received in the same condition as originally shipped. Upon receipt of item, we will immediately refund your payment, less our actual original packaging and shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs for returning the item. Please see shipping instructions for information on returning items damaged in shipping.

Shipping Damage (this applies only to items shipped by our store, NOT freight deliveries): In the unfortunate event that an item is damaged in shipping, please retain the box and ALL packaging and notify us immediately. Claims must be filed within 2 days of your receipt of the item. We will contact the shipper and arrange for them to pick up the item, at your convenience. Once the shipper receives the item and the claim is processed, we will issue a full refund (usually a 10-day process). If you wish to keep the item and have it repaired, please e-mail us and keep all packaging until an inspection is made. In order to provide the best customer service after a sale, we handle all shipping claims with the shipper.

Pick-Up: Pick-up is available for large itemsif desired. We are located in East Texas (Tyler) approximately 80 miles east of Dallas and 80 miles west of Shreveport. Buyer is responsible for supplying manpower for loading and moving items as we do not have available manpower for heavy lifting. Buyer is responsible for providing all wrapping materials, blankets, ties, ropes, dollies, etc. when picking up items in person. Please contact me prior to purchase if pick-up is desired.
