Here is an Original Antique French S.F.B.J. Doll! There has been no restoration work on this doll and it is in original condition with some cracking, crazing and chipping. No paint touch ups. The head is cracked and repaired as you can see in my pictures. The hands and feet are in really good shape and you can still see the red lines. Some wood is exposed as there are chips in some places. The body is for a sound box with strings that are missing. I do not know if she still has a sound box. The doll head with earing but no eyes is cracked and has been glued back together. She has her teeth. Her head is marked on the back 1925 FRANCE S.F.B.J. 301 Tete Jumeau 13X. The doll is 28\" tall with her scull cap. With a little TLC, glue, sanding and minor repainting you will have a beautiful French Body! You may like her as is. The head damage could be covered with a wig. She is old and original and will be unstrung for shipping. Look closely at her condition. I am selling some blue or brown hand blown glass eyes that could fit this doll here on (other sales). Happy offerding!
