ANTIQUE FRENCH STYLE SOFA W/HIGH QUALITY FABRIC AS IS PLUS ARM CHAIR GREAT VALUE_ONE OWNER 78\" long x 35.25\" high x 35\" deep x 20\" high from floor to seat and cushion is 22.5\" deep. The arm chair is 24\" wide x 30.5\" deep x 34.5\" high. The seat is 20\" high from floor and depth of cushion is 22\". Probably from the 40\"s-50\'s. The 90+ year old woman said her late husband purchased this close matching set. They have been under heavy vinyl covering for years and years. They paid hundreds for the custom fabric protection vinyl. The fabric on the sofa is a little faded, but overall excellent. The chair fabric shows old staining on the arms.

The frame on chair is good. The sofa is better quality than the chair, but was damaged in an accident in route. A back rear leg was broken off (as shown) and the back crest of the sofa has clean break and would need to be glued (Shown in photo) Very heavy piece with solid wood construction. Carvings show some minor chipping and wear. Chair frame shows more wear on the legs than the sofa. Pretty typical wear overall based on age. You will be amazed on how nice this sofa is in person even with the damage.. We hope you can come and take a look. A bargain even with damage.
