Rare Antique French stereoscope with one stereo view by underwood & underwood published by Strohmeyer & Wyman.

On the side are the letters B te s.g.d.g. what tells me it is made in France but I can not say for sure by which company.

I will leave that to the real collectors and experst, maybe someone can tell me?

The stereoscope has oval lenses and a nob on the side to adjust viewing.

It is made of mahogany wood and in a very good condition.

There is one crack on on side but that may allways have been there.

The underwood view is a group of hunters around a deer with the tekst: 'That's where i hit him'.
