Antique store display case, glass on all sides and the top, tin bottom, brass trim. Hinged top, slanted to the front. Decorative stamped brass ornaments on the top corners, 4 wooden ball feet. Printed in red on the bottom/inside of the case: "From: .. P. A. Becker .. 132 Cumberland.. Brooklyn, N. Y. .. Glass Display Cases". Apx 9 1/2" high, 10" wide, 7 1/2" deep. There are little "loops" at the top/backcorners, which may have originally held signage. Two short wire brackets were welded to the inside of the back at one time, probably to facilitate a particular display. General light wear, consistent with age; no breaks or damage. This would be perfect to display a wedding tiara, or another special treasure. Enlarge photos for detail.
