Here we have a lovely example of early English hard paste porcelain dating from around 1795and featuring hand painted posies of flowers and leaves.There is a border ofa pink dotted wavy line intertwined with a solid green and black line with flowers on the peaks and troughs of the green line.The pattern is well recorded as being pattern number 241of New Hall manufacture.
The plate is made of a hard paste porcelain and is by New Hall of Shelton, Staffordshire, England.The plate measures 8 inches in diameter, 1 inches tall and weighs 312 grammes unpacked. Condition is outlined above. This is a great item for any collector of early English porcelain.
