Paper items such as photos, certificates, brochures, cards, etc. are placed in collector quality plastic sleeves and shipped in Extra-Rigid Fiberboard Photo/Document Mailers (size permitting). Moreover, if deemed necessary to protect certain items, additional cardboard backings will envelop the item within the document mailer. The US Post Office charges me extra for rigid mailers (at parcel rates) and they are much more expensive than lighter envelopes, but I want you to receive your item with the respect it deserves as a unique piece of history. Simply put, I treat your item and shipment the way I would want it to be treated.

Items are primarily from estate sales and sales, or from similar sources. Please understand that one cannot be an expert in every area, though I am listing items as accurately and honestly as possible. I strive to take good, complete and detailed photographs to note condition, as condition is determined differently from person to person. As with any unique item, and particularly antiques, I may have missed mentioning something that you found crucial. If this is a serious problem in the sale, please let me know so that we can find a satisfactory solution. Also note that there is no way for me to know how long an item will work or last. I can only describe its functionality at the time of the sale. Unless otherwise noted, items are necessarily sold AS IS.

RETURNS-- Are accepted if the item is not as described in the listing. I do my best to be accurate and honest, but if you feel the item was markedly different than listed, please contact me and describe your complaint. Every item shipped inside the US has tracking and a delivery confirmation number as proof of shipment.

CONTACT-- All contact is made to the e-mail address you provided. If you e-mail me and don't receive a response within 24 hours, check your junk mail filters.

PAYMENT-- Due within 4 days of sale end. Please contact me promptly if you need a few extra days to pay. Items not paid for in the time frame are re-listed and the sale site will have to be notified of non-payment.
