This is a sweet snow baby pose that was made in several variations. This one is by far the most detailed and carefully made. It is a Hertwig piece and it measures just about 2".It isn't clear if the baby is teaching the seal to balance the ball or trying to take the ball from the seal, and perhaps the designer didn't know either.

This example, as you can see, has very good paint. I don't see any problems with it except for a couple of very tiny rubs on the seal's back.
