Antique German Snow Baby Pair: Large Skiing Nubby Nubbly Children Pic8.56z For Sale
These are an outstanding pair of nubbly snow children. They are nine inches tall! This is the only pair I have seen in this size. I have a smaller pair to sell, but not another pair on this scale. These were made in Germany in the late 20s or 30s. In addition to their height this pair are beautifully painted and have a peaceful or serene look to them. They need to be very gently washed -- perhaps with a soft damp cloth because the gold is so fragile. Except for some rubs in the gold, especially the shoes, there are no flaws that I can find.
