Hello and thank you for looking.I have tried to research this as much as possible so if anyone has information I would be open to post it under answers to questions. I know Fasold & Stauch werea German porcelain company that made this type doll in the early 1900\'s. This doll is marked Germany across the base of her blouse on the back. I have no way of knowing if there are any other markings inside. I guess this is a whisk brush (That is what I saw them called) I first thought it was an ornament of some sort. It\'s well made. I found no chips, cracks or repairs. The doll not including the skirt measures 3\" tall. and 1 1/2\" across the shoulders. A sweet doll. Thank you for looking.
