My family and I have been collecting various treasures for years justas our parents did and their parents did before them. Nowadays, we run a small antiqueshop in the heart of the historic district in Lebanon, Illinois (the home of the Mermaid House where Charles Dickens once stayed).
We believe in treating everyone fairly and offer a variety of goods at a fair price. Though we are not experts in any particular field of collecting,we have a pretty good eye and wedescribe each listing to the best of our ability. We do our very best to list every detail about an item and haveplentypictures for youto get a great view of the item from just about every angle,as if you are actually holding it in your own hands. We will not intentionally misrepresent any part of an item's description; if we see a crack, nick, chip, scratch, flea bite, or any distractionsof note, we will clearly list it in the item condition and try to get a close up picture of it for you.
However, we are human and we are subject to make human errors. If you find that we have missed a flaw or were mistaken about an item, we will happily give you a full refund(including shipping) upon return of the item in the same condition as it was sent by us, within3 days from the time that you received the item. All we ask is that you allow us tomake it right before you leavenegative response.
