We are a Registered Charity and we will describe items to the best of our ability but we are not professionals, therefore items are sold ‘as is’, if you need anything clarifying then PLEASE ASK before the sale ends. We will happily supply additional photographs provided you give us your email address and a description of what you want photographing. i.e. close up of labels, buttons, makers marks etc.
As a charity we rely on response and we always give response once it has been received. This lets us know that you have received the item and that you are happy with it. If you don't feel you can give us positive response then please contact us so that we can try and rectify the situation.

PAYMENT must be made within 3 DAYS FROM THE END OF THE sale including those collecting in person. If this is NOT POSSIBLE then YOU MUST CONTACT US as NON PAYMENT will result in FURTHER ACTION BEING TAKEN.
We accept PAYPAL (our preferred method) also POSTAL ORDERS, CHEQUES and CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS. CHEQUES should be made PAYABLE to 'Share the Care Limited'. Please note however that items are NOT DESPATCHED until PAYMENT has CLEARED.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS: It is NOT ENOUGH just to CLICK the Credit/Debit card OPTION, YOU MUST TELEPHONE our office to arrange TO MAKE PAYMENT and must have the appropriate card available. Please CALL 01624 615055 (International +44 1624 615055) and state you are calling to MAKE a PAYMENT by credit/debit card for an item.
Items can be COLLECTED with NO POSTAL CHARGE from OUR WAREHOUSE. We are OPEN for collections from 1000 - 1600 HRS MONDAY TO FRIDAY. If items are NOT COLLECTED within 30 DAYS from the end of the sale then we reserve the right to RE-ADVERTISE the item(s) WITH NO REFUND.
Posted ITEMS will be DISPATCHED within 3 WORKING DAYS of CLEARED PAYMENT (excluding bank holidays). We can always provide PROOF OF POSTING. For details on INSURANCE please SEE BELOW. We do COMBINE POSTAGE but you must LET US KNOW that you are offerDING on MULTIPLE ITEMS. Note however that sometimes it is not possible to provide cheaper postage if the items are of such differing shapes or sizes that they cannot be packaged together.
We will happily provide INSURANCE and quotes can be obtained ON REQUEST. Items will be despatched without insurance unless the buyer requests insurance before the item is paid for. PAYING for the item is an INDICATION to us that you want the item POSTING WITHOUT INSURANCE.
Ensure you want the item you are offerding for as you are entering a contract and it is not acceptable for you to 'change your mind'. The ONUS is on the buyer to CLARIFY any queries BEFORE PURCHASE.
CLOTHING - we will state the size & manufacturers name if it is provided on the garment. If the item DOES NOT FIT & you have NOT ASKED for specific measurements, the item will NOT be REFUNDED.
LOST and BROKEN. If an item ARRIVES BROKEN then please NOTIFY us IMMEDIATELY. If you can provide us with a picture of the broken item then this will speed the process up. We reserve the right to have the item RETURNED to us at the BUYERS EXPENSE. Items are to be returned within 7 days.
REFUNDS will only be ISSUED once we have the result of a Lost or Damaged item CLAIM back FROM the POST OFFICE, this can take up to THREE WEEKS.
We are a Registered Charity and we put new items on everyday so if you are out and about why not try your luck & put in a offer in advance - you never know you may come home to find you have won!
