Antique Arts and Crafts Karl Kipp hammered copper Princess candlesticks c. 1912-1915. Unmarked. There are a few subtledifferences between Karl Kipp Princess sticks and the Roycroft version of this form. The Kipp version is slightly taller, has a more shallow and gently curved bobeche, a folded, rounded edge on the base, and are much rarer. These sticks have all of the characteristicsto assumethat they were made in the Tookay shop vs. the Roycroft copper shop. The sticks are in good condition standing approx. 8" tall with a 3.25" square base.One stick is 1/8" shorter than the other.Thepatina has been enhanced to darken them slightly.
