Antique Grain Scale Cart

Description:

Presented for your consideration is this large hand cart with a scale. The cart would have been used to transport large barn items or grain and has a measure at one end to measure the weight of the items. One end of the cart has two large handles and the opposite end has a raised lip to hold the items onto the cart when being transported. At the handle end is a small brass measure which measures from 10 to 200 pounds. The cart has a solid wooden platform with metal framework and wheels. Very sturdy and in usable condition. It would make a great item to re-purpose into a coffee table or work space table! A unique item to add to any country decor!
The metal has some wear and light to mild oxidation. Wood has some wear as well from age and use but looks to be free of chips and splits. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the best details.
Measures 24 1/4\" wide at the widest point, 48\" long and 29\" at the tallest point, 14\" tall from the lowest point.
