Selling items for my mother, her cherishedcollectibles, as well as from Vintage Estate Jewelry and Collectible items fromother estates we have inherited and acquired over the past few years. Please do not expect store bought perfect newitems! Our items are sold \'AS IS\' or Vintage, meaning used condition, will showsome signs of age, use, and wear expected with a pre-owned, used item. Of course we may miss some flaws even afterexamining and we do apologize, but we have also issued refunds for those thatwe grossly misrepresent (which have been few).We have researched all items, but are not experts, and have some greatlocal resources, but please ask questions or share your knowledge too!

THISsale: Casemeasures approx. 3 X 2 ½ X ¾ inches.Ornate design identical on front and back. Double hinges, rose gold tone ornate frameand deep tan/gold tone fabric mat, original paper label behind tintype pictureof tiny baby/girl. Pictures will give amuch better description and condition than we ever could. The case remains in fair condition, consideringits age, the tintype is still in pretty good condition with the normal wear andfading, but still very visible (at least to us!). Hinges appear to be fine but the closureneeds to be fixed, does not snap shut (possibly broken), and the case appears to be worn away inthis area. A few slight cracks and wear/chippingon the rim of the case, which we believe is thermoplastic, some aging on theornate frame and matting, but still presents itself very nicely and really doesnot distract from this very collectible beauty!Take a look at pictures! Readour response! Incredible dealshere! All condition of items are niceand may only need a gentle cleaning due to dust from not being worn or storedaway for quite a few years. As a generalrule, we leave all vintage and antique jewelry in their current condition sincemost desire the items to be received in their lovely vintage or antiquecondition.
