Description This is an antique pair of porcelain candle holders, manufactured by Meissen of Germany. They resemble a pair of tasseled pillow cushions...so cute. They were an estate find. They are being sold \"as is\".

Each square \"cushion\" measures 5\" across each side. They are 2-3/4\" in height to the top of the candle receptacle. They can hold candles up to 5/8\" in diameter.

Each piece is adorned with colorful and very delicate flowers and leaves. The petals have many chips. I have included close-up photos of each floral grouping. The \"pillows\" have a \"tassel\" at each corner. One candle holder has gold designs on the bottom side, the other does not.

There are no chips, cracks or crazing to the main bodies of the pieces. There is wear to the gold trim.

They are marked with the blue underglaze \"crossed swords\".
