Hand-chased pheasants & flowers décor wrapped around the top & bottom of the pitcher. Gorgeous!Very elegant, beautiful and rare!
Measures: 12” Tall x 10” Wide from spout to handle
6 ½” Bottom Base
American Victorian Aesthetic Era
Quadruple Silver Plate, Porcelain Wall and Lymen’s valve (keeps warm air out from entering the pitcher)
Condition: The pitcher has two thumb size soft indents along with surface scratches and scuff marks. Inside the porcelain has corrosion around the spout holes. (see photos)
The lid is a little wobbly and the boy has been repaired and has lost some of the details in doing so. The side of the lid also has a nail size hole and a tiny, tiny piece of silver is peeling up a little bit.
Restoration is recommended to preserve but overall it’s in good condition and does not take away from its beauty
