This is one of three pottery pieces that came outof an estate from Vermont.

There was a whole collection of primitivesincluding pottery and textiles.

The textiles are Peruvian…pre-Columbian so I amassuming

the pottery is as well.

The hen is hollow with hole at the top. It is in excellent shape.

There is one small chip on the top near the hole (see photos).

No cracks. Wonderfullydistinctive in the marking.
