Antique Pair 18th C. Pewter Plates Bowls Hallmarked Rose & Crown Netherlands:

Here we have a pair of antique pewter bowls or plates from a Dutch estate. These are most probably English made for the Dutch market. They measure 9 1/4 inches in diameter and sit about 1 inch high to the rim. They are marked on the bottom with 2 hallmarks. The rose and crown touch mark with a \"MB\" in the crown and a castle touch mark with another \"MB\". They are in nice condition with expected vintage wear and minor abrasions to the surface. Hard to find such a quality matched pair. A nice patina and they display very well.Shipping weight, well packed, is 5 1/2 lb.
