THE PULLEY IS 6 INCHES ROUND. THEY ARE AS FOUND RUSTY AND DIRTY. BOTH PULLEY\'S TURN BUT COULD USE SOME OIL. ONE PULLEY HAS A SMALL CHIP OUT OF IT. CHECK THE LAST PICTURE.
