Rich Deep Patina - Amazing Detail - superb pair of garniture antiquebronze ewers featuringclassical mythological figures These gorgeous aged darkpatina ewers each measure 16\" tall, about 4.5\" wide at the middle,and a 4.5” base. The main feature of each urn are the winged demon harpies(Greek mythological creatures) opposite side of each handle.The handleshave detailed scroll work.The middle band of each ewer has finelydetailed classical scroll work. These are heavy solid pieces (about 4-5 poundseach), and a fine example of early 20th century (early 1900s)French Baroque period sculpture. Ewers are in excellent condition, free ofdents, dings, or restorations. The aged patina is rich and even throughout.
