Sepia toned photograph of a soldier in uniform and with hat, appears to be WWI era, USA uniform by buttons. Two medallions on his collar, one with crossed rifles, the other \'SC\' or \'SG\'. The back of the 4\" x 6\" photo is signed \'W D Willandes\' or \'W D Willankes.\' Nice collectible photo. Has spots, a creased corner and edge wear due to age, other than that a very good example of a photo of this era. Unsure of the process, may be Tintype?
