A picture is worth a thousand words and my pictures are a large part of my description. I describe my sales very carefully, but if it is not in the written description but shows up in the pictures, ask questions about it before you offer. All sizes are approximate (I put this in because I don’t want to have accept a return on an item because I’m off by 1/8” or so).
Most of the items that I offer are from old estates. If you are offended by or allergic to smoke, mold, dust or any other allergen that may be clinging to an item, please be advised that this is not cause for misrepresentation or a refund. If you are concerned about these things please do not offer.
The buyer is to pay shipping if so stated in the shipping calculator. Insurance is included in the handling costs which was added as a slightly higher shipping cost. I will combine shipping on multiple items, won within 3 days whenever possible. Please ignore the shipping calculator for international shipping as the weight of the item is only an estimate & I will NOT be using s international shipping calculator to figure shipping fees. I will box up items sold outside the USA and take them to the post office for an exact shipping cost after the sale, when I receive your address (it may take me several days to get to the post office for the shipping costs due to my job, so please be patient). ALL USA sales will be shipped either Standard Post (when available as per USPS) or Priority Mail. I will ship worldwide via USPS Priority Mail (that is all USPS offers for worldwide. Due to my job I am usually only able to ship out on Saturdays. If you do not agree with these conditions -please reconsider offerding.
I have been selling dolls & shipping them for more than 30 years. In that time I have only had an issue with 2 items, one the post office lost the box & the other something from another shipment leaked onto my box & ruined the composition doll inside. With that being said I do know how to package items correctly for shipping, but if you would rather have me package things differently according to your instructions I will be happy to for an added fee.
I will accept a return if for some reason the item is grossly misdescribed, however the shipping and handling costs will not be credited back. Any item returned is to have the same shipping & insurance as when sent. This policy is non-negotiable. No buyers remorse. Please do not place a offer if you do not agree.
