Antique Rare Connecticut Decorated Stoneware Pitcher Crock, Att Risley Excellent For Sale
This is my attribution and a great little pitcher without a stamp. Very nice size at only 9.25" tall for your shelf and in near perfect condition. My attribution is Sidney Risley, circa 1840-50. Please decide on your own attribution but I have sold similar decoration with his stamp. Decorated Connecticut pitchers are rare. This pitcher has only a little tiny spout chip and some extra dabs of clay in the making. Otherwise in excellent condition, no hairlines, no restoration, no issues-really excellent.
