This listing is for an antique Victorian Silver Filigree Brooch Pin that is detailed with a hand carved shell Cameo.
This item was recently purchased from an estate.

SIGNED: No marks that I can find -the metal has been tested and tests to be at least 800 silver in purity.
The catch has some marks on it, but I cannot read them to determine if they are metal marks/hallmarks or just details in the metalwork. -see images.

DIMENSIONS: 1 3/16\" x 1 1/8\" at the largest points

GEMSTONES: This item is detailed with a hand carved shell 4.6 grams

CONDITION: The cameo has some small scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas.
The shell has some small feathers, hairlines and stress lines etc. as is commonly found on antique cameos. -see images.
The silver has some dings, dimples, nicks, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas.
The silver has some patina, tarnish and discoloration in some areas as well and could use a cleaning/touch up polish in some areas (if desired).
