We will be out of town during part of this sale so if we are unable to answer your questions from there, we will be back with time before the sale ends to do so.
This sale is for an early 1900's shelf or mantel clock. It is not currently running so we are selling it for restoration or parts. Looks to have its original finish, nice patina, with some veneer damage. The veneer over the back door is lifting. It is 15" tall and the base is 10 1/4" wide and 7 1/4" deep. As found, see photos for condition detail.

The items we sell are almost always used and sold as is as found no returns unless otherwise noted.However if we make an error in our listing and an item is not as described because we miss obvious damage or if we state an item works and it does not then of course we will make it good. But noreturns for any reason after 3 days from delivery, that gives you more than enoughtime to open and inspect your item(s). Expect normal age appropriate signs of wear and use, sometimes odors, dust, etc, these items are often attic and basement estate finds.
SHIPPING INFO:If you do not want all of the items in an sale let us know and we can ship only what you want. Specific packing requests need to be made before we pack the morning after the sale.Before we send an invoice we like to check Fed Ex and USPS regional rates to see if we can save some money that way - not all available choices show in the shipping calculator provides.Until an item is packed and weighed after the sale we are only estimating shipping costs. A reasonable fee is added to the exact shipping for all sales,this fee is based on and goes towards the insurance (all items are insured thru a third party insurer), and handling.
If a package is lost or arrives damaged our insurance requires the buyer to sign a claim statement. Do not throw out the original box or packing materials. It not likely it will need to be inspected but just in case! We only ship to the address that is on the PayPal payment, and it needs to be confirmed or verified. Somepackages are not scanned along the way, that does not mean your package was not shipped. Items shippedmedia mailthat are rejected by the post office on the buyers end may require the buyer to pay additional shipping for parcel post. Since you would have had to pay that anyway if we had used parcel post,the additional expense is not our responsibility and will not be reimbursed. Use of media mail for magazines or catalogs is at your own risk so parcel post is recommended for those items.
COMBINED SHIPPING:We combine shipping whenever possible. Sometimes the savings is substantial, sometimes it is not much at all because the box got bigger and that affected the rates.Some items can’t be combined safely, or the box size is gets too big and/or too heavy. On occasion invoices have not been correct for combined shipping, if it shows free that is most definitely not the case, when we offer free shipping it will show that in the actual sale.
INTERNATIONAL buyers ONLY:Sold price can change the shipping method we will use.Any item that totals over $499.00 in shipping and sold price has to be sent Express International,and if between 249.00 - 499.00 we require priority international mail. We have to protect our consignors merchandise. The sale sold price is the only amount that will appear on the customs form as the item value, it has to match the insured amount,we will not change the value on the customs form for any reason. Any import duties or taxes you may have to pay on your end are your responsibility and not additional shipping, do not ask us to put a lower price on the customs form.First Class International has little or no tracking ability so if you want more traceability please request a shipping upgrade. If you are not able to get a shipping quotein the sale that means the box is larger or heavier than what your country allows for the service listed, please do not offer without contacting us for clarification or other options.
