is carved from a nicely grained piece of wood.
The bottom is smooth and the top has a turned design. The condition is
excellent with no chips, cracks or other damage. It
measures about 2 7/8" long and fits together well.
is wooden needle case topped with a gilded metal thimble. The thimble
has an all over daisy / diamond design and has the trade mark for the
Charles Iles Company. It is about an
American size 9 (16 mm diameter opening). It is also in excellent
condition with no holes, repairs or other damage.
