Antique Silver Guilloche Enamel Locket. Egyptian Revival.
Beautiful antique Silver Guilloche Enamel locket with unusual Egyptian revival theme. Good condition but a couple of things to mention. Some small loss of enamel to the very bottom of both sides.....near the hinge......see pictures. Also we have been unable to open the locket as the little pin which forms an extra type of fastening is bent over slightly too much. There are some scratches where someone else has tried to open it .......(not us!).....I was going to take it to my jeweler to get him to open it as I did not want to cause any more scratches but somehow have never managed to take it!.......so no pictures of the inside I'm afraid and not sure if it holds any photos!. No makers marks that we can see but I guess there may be something inside. Any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
