You are offerding on an Antique Sterling SilverLarge Serving Spoonmade byW. Bellchambers, 1836-1837. It measures8-7/8 inches long and weighs71.1 grams.The handle has an interesting engraving on it - it looks like a deer with large horns. It was hard to photograph but I didthe best I could. The handlelooks applied according to the back of the bowl. This spoon is very heavy, has a Colonial stylehandle and very few use signs. The handle is nice and straight.There is a deep scratch on the bottom of the bowl, 3/8 inch long but does no harm to the spoon. It has patina and/or tarnish.I accept PayPal with next day shipping.
