This one is an antique sterling silver double Albert pocket watch chain with graduated curb links, a t-bar fob and working dog catches. Each link of the chain is hallmarked with the lion passant sterling silver mark. The bulls eye link is hallmarked for Birmingham 1912. Both dog catches work well. Both dog catches are hallmarked Birmingham 1912 maker’s mark HB&S. The t-bar is hallmarked for Birmingham 1913 maker’s mark GEG. The middle link of one of the chain is stamped with the maker’s mark HB&S. The fine quality double sided silver fob has two raised empty cartouches. To the reverse of the fob we can read a hallmark for sterling silver Birmingham 1918 maker’s mark JWT. This chain is long enough to be worn as a necklace Weighs in at 47.7 grams approx. Measurements: 16 inches long approx. Plus the extra chain attached to the fob. Condition: In excellent condition.
