Antique Stained Glass Church Window W/ Painted & Fired Border Pieces Releaded For Sale
Antique Stained Glass Church Window with Painted and Fired Stylized Leaf Border. This sale is for an antique leaded stained glass window I got from a church I salvaged in the 80's. I didn't even realize that I still had any complete window sections left from this church. The panel was all apart but intact. This piece is around 90 years old. It's 19-3/8" wide x 31-1/2 high". This is the last one of this group of windows that I have. I had to relead and regrout it butit's' all original glass. It's a traditional simple pattern but it has some veryunique glass in it. The field is a interesting green with some amber streaked thru it and streaky orange diamonds. The inner border is the same orange as the diamonds and the outer border is the same as the field. It's nothing very fancy but still a nice simple antique leaded glass window with a very nice painted and fired stylized leaf border with purple stylized flower corners. It has no cracks orchips in it.As I've already stated,I did have to relead itbut the glassis all original.This window should be good to go for another 90 years or so. Shipping and in a wood outer and styrofoam lined crate will be $60.00 via Fedex.
