This stoneware mixing bowl with wood and wire bail handle is in good condition for its age. It is 9 1/2\" in dia and 5 1/2\" tall. There are 3 chips on the outside top part plus a groove. The interior is a maroonish brown with many little rubbings in the glaze. The design on the lower part of the outside is very nice.
The bottom says Twentieth Century, Germany, Acid Proof. I like the bottom very much.
