Antique Unmarked German 400 Day Anniversary Dome Clock For Parts Or Repair For Sale

Recent estate purchase. Though it has no maker's mark, I believe it to be of German decent. The only markings (#5415) on the clock, can be seen in pic #8. Disc pendulum is also unmarked. The glass dome has only a single chip that was noted. Clock stands 12" high including the dome. The base has a 7" dia. No dings or dents. Aged base appropriate patina to the brass. The clock was quite stiff and difficult to wind. I tried on 3 separate occasions to start the clock, but it would run only run for a short time (5-10) minutes. Take a close look at the pictures and judge for yourself the condition and any possible maker. Clock will be carefully packed for safe shipment. Pendulum will be removed and wrapped separately.
