Gorgeous 1958 atomic large original mirrored shadow box wall shelf. The design is super retro 1950s at its peak. The shelf is all original and in overall good surviving condition. Mirrors are original along with thier original stamped paper backing. The cabinet is constructed of wood, and retro fitted with a metal gold finished stout metal diamond screen wing on each side. The paint looks to be it\'s original black finish, the paint has ware and spots were it has flaked off from its age.
The unit as a whole is beautifull, it does have some dings and light scrapes/scratching here and there and the paper mirror backing has some moisture marks, but it is 59 years old and counting and amazing it still exists.

It looks just like you would expect an original piece from this era to look. I like to say aged perfectly imperfect. The trim edging has some slight hardened residue it seems around The grooved areas, but faint mostly and not very noticeable unless your looking and feeling up close. This may have had some sort of border trim inside the grooved area such a mirroring or something to that effect, I do not know? Just wanted to mention as it\'s somthing I noticed and want to be thourough in describing. There isn\'t any structural damage to the display and is very solid and well built.

This wall display is VERY LARGE, measuring 39 1/2\" wide x 35\" high x 4 1/4 deep. This is a wall centerpiece that\'s sure to turn heads for another 6 decades. The 1950s simply had the best retro atomic designs and still unrivalled today. Here\'s a chance to own an original piece of that terrific time in American history.
