Charming HAND MADE plush velveteen standing elephant toy.

This very tightly stuffed straw or excelsior filled elephant is made of

with a plush velveteen, wool backed ears and glass eyes.

Classic toy of a bygone era. Adorable with a sweet face -

a wonderful piece to add to your primitive toy collection.

c. 1920s

Condition:

GOOD

Wear appropriate for age.

Has both original glass button eyes.

Velveteen is darkened and aged.

Front legs bow toward back legs, causing the posture to lean forward.

No holes, loose seams or loose stitches.

Straw or softwood shavings are undisturbed.
