Another great estate sale treasure!!!

Up for sale today is a lovely antique 14k gold Victorian era mesh slide bracelet. The inside circumference when fully extended is 7 5/8 inches and adjusts with the slide to fit smaller wrists. The bracelet is about 1/2 inch thick with the ornate sliding centerpiece measuring 6/8 inch by just over 1/2 inch with beautiful black enamel work and a lovely seed pearl focal point. The craftsmanship on this is breathtaking. The end features more black enamel work and 9 gold tassels ending in small gold beads for a beautiful fringed appearance. This is a true work of art and pictures can not do it justice.

The reverse has an inscription which is hard to make out but says a name, 2 initials and a last name that are very hard to read, followed by very clearly \"From Father May 29 1871\" The piece has been tested and is 14k yellow gold throughout the entire piece and weighs a hefty 25.9 grams! That is nearly an ounce of 14k gold!
