Antique Victorian EDWARDIAN DAY Tea Lawn BATISTE Cotton Dress Chantilly Lace :

Edwardian Day DressThis dress is in impressive condition, and shows little to no wear. The batiste cotton fabric is just off white, sheer and fine. It\'s totally uniform in color and free of stains/yellowing. Chantilly lace trims the neckline, sleeves and top layer of the skirt, including the open/divided flounce in the back.
The entire piece closes down the front with 6 antique hand carved mother of pearl buttons. The only flaw I found is a small tear (~.25\") on one panel of the back ruffled overlay. This detracts little from the overall presentation and enjoyment of the piece. Measurements (I would call this a small/extra small):

28\" waist
11.5\" neckline to waist
24.5\" skirt length
6.5\" armpit to waist
36\" total length
