This item is an amazing large chamberstick brass candlestick holder; also known as fingertip candlestick or candle holder.Diameter of the swirled base is about 6.5\", with the fingertip added it is about 7.5 inches. All measurements are approximate.It has a swirl design base and a lever that changes the size of the candle cup to fit the candle.The Rd Number appears to have a small letter L . Below R and D with a line under the D is the Number:17374. (1891)
