A grand writing cabinet made from fine toffee colored oak that only comes with age. Once the doors are opened the cabinet reveals a fine quality interior. There are two writing slates in perfect order. The fitted interior has two leather books, one for personal expenses and one for cash expenses. It has three drawers It has six compartments to hold notes and letters. It also has a inkwell with a pewter top. there are space for a ruler and pencil. The most amazing part of the cabinet is the lock and key which were made by Josiah Braman. His work is in the Science Museum in London.
