Antique Silver & Cut Glass Hip Flask
Antique Victorian silver and hob nail cut hip or spirit flask with gilt linedpull off drinking cup and embossed cork lined twist cap.
Free from any inscription or monogram, vacant cartouche on cap.
The flask is fully hallmarked for London 1897 on the cap collar, and the cup for 1898.Collar and cup are both also stamped with the makers mark forLouis Augustus Leins.
Approximately 13.5cms in height and 6.8cms across.
Total weight approximately 343g, the cup weighs 69g.
Condition is good, the cup is a good gauge of silver and nicely gilded, the cap fits tightlyand has been lined with new clean cork. Good clear hallmarks.
