Antique Victorian Sterling Footed Tray Salver 12 5/8” 1870 For Sale
This is a gorgeous sterling Victorian footed tray, measuring 12 5/8” in diameter and 1 ½” tall. The engraving in the center is quite handsome but a bit worn down. The other details on top also show a bit of wear. The mark was partially struck, but I believe it indicates John, Edward, Walter, & John Barnard or Barnard & Sons Ltd of London, dated 1870. This tray weighs 26.9 troy ounces. A handsome addition for an elegant table!
