The History

This beautiful piece comes from the Art Deco Era! The Art Deco Era is famous for being the \"Gatsby\" or \"Roaring Twenties\" Era. A lot of gorgeous and timeless designs in jewelry came out of this period.

During the Art Deco Period jewelers often made jewelry upon custom order, this would often take weeks to months to completely craft by hand.

Marcasites were a very popular stone that was used in jewelry during the Art Deco period. They are made from Iron pyrite that is hand cut perfectly to reflect the light. During parties, ladies’ jewelry could be seen sparkling from across the room.

The bracelet is missing 2 Marcasites, which is normal for a piece of this age. The missing stones are barely noticeable due to the radiance of the Marcasites. If desired, your local jeweler could most likely replace these, but it is not necessary to wear the piece!

The Piece

This bracelet features 159 Marcasites throughout its design. The Marcasites are faceted to create a brilliant sparkle from across the room when light reflects off of their surface.

This bracelet features classic handmade Art Deco craftsmanship throughout. The design includes 7 connected sections that are encrusted in Marcasites and feature a floral look.

The bracelet has an inside circumference of 7.5\" and is 12.5 mm wide. The bracelet is secured by a push-in clasp.
