It is an antique/vintage Filigree Sterling Silver Ring with a Tan/Beige(Citrine? Topaz? glass?) stone.

It has an adjustable shank so it will fit virtually any size finger.

The stone measures just over 1/2\" in diameter (14.2 mm).

It measures just over 3/4\" from where the ring meets your finger and goes up.
