Pretty thingsI collect vintage and antique textiles. This has been a lifelong interest of mine. My interest and love of these beautiful vintage fabrics began when I worked as a teenager, in a vintage clothing shop in Camden Passage, London, a place renowned for its antique market and shops.
Meet Tallulah! It was during my time here I learnt such a lot about vintage/antique textiles and fashion. My interest in these fabrics has continued to grow. I particularly love antique quilts and textiles from the 1930's, 1940's and 1950's.you cannot beat the soft handle of a pretty 1940's print cotton or the crispness of a freshly starched hand embroidered victorian tablecloth. I am a keen patchworker/quilter/embroiderer and am constantly on the lookout for interesting fabrics to feed my passion!
