Up for sale is a Antique Vintage santos hand carved wood religious statue 20\"This was purchased from the estate of a former pre columbian professor at a local university here in NC. There was actually 2 of these carvings - I have the other listed as well. Same style of carving but different figure.I purchased several early poly chrome Santos figurines and a lot of very old peruvian pottery pieces from this estate. I do not know a great deal about this piece though, not sure of age or type of Wood. Measures roughly 20\" tall x 9\" wide.Overall good condition for age - does have some dust and dirt. Very tip of back of hat shows some wear - see photos.See photos for best detail
