Approx. 22" antique wax over papier-mache doll. She is absolutely splended with herall original pink suit and boots. Sweet little wistful face with dark brown sleep eyes anda child styledcurly mohair wig on a turned wax shoulderhead. Eyes sleep partially as can be seen in the prone photo. She has a couple of tiny nicks on her forehead andpressing of the lace chemise edge and lace into her shoulders over the years. I see no breaks or cracks. I have opted not to remove her clothes - supple hands with long fingers are in unusually excellent condition but will not appreciate constant dressing/undressing.I know that the pink topcan be easily removed with gentle care by her new owner if desired. Body is in wonderful condition as is the entire doll - I doubt she was much played with. Wonderful striped stockingswith gorgeous pink buttoned boots. They are in great condition but for a tiny repair on button seam of left boot. Her pink outfit is a top and skirt (skirt would take a child's bustle - tissue paper stuffed there when I bought her - removed for doll stand). She also wears a lace trimmed chemise, pantalettes and skirt. Mob cap type bonnet with lace hat pinned to wig.Thiswax child is absolutely PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL INVOICED.
