This is a very unusual item the tips are in a shipping bag inside a box from Western Electric at Hawthorne Station Chicago. It was sent to the W.E. Co. installer at the Randolph central office in Columbus, Ohio. The stamp is a 1930 1 1/2 cent Harding commemorative, so that should date it to sometime in 1930. There are 7 tips that look unused and 1 that has been used. The box is 5 1/4\"x 2 1/4\" x 1 1/2\". Shipping costs are for the lower 48 states.
