Antique c.1890\'s or earlier Art Nouveau Cameo Brooch with Goddess and Angel on a Cloud, beautifully carved of Shell or Coral set in an unknown metal, but possibly a low grade Silver and unbranded.The condition is very good with minor surface wear to the setting. The original pin and clasp has been repaired at some point in time.The setting was carefully tested, but my test kit produced no results and is limited to the spectrum of metal it can test.This cameo is large measuring 2\" wide x 1-5/8\". The motif is beautifully carved with great detail to the goddess\'s flowing hair and the folds of her robe!This one-owner item has been handed down three generations!
